From September 23, Ukraine is in the “Yellow Zone”

Since September 23, Ukraine has been in the “Yellow Zone” of adaptive quarantine. What does it mean? What restrictions come into force? And how will this affect catering establishments and business owners in general?

COVID-certificates

Let’s start with the fact that 3 types of certificates are already valid in Ukraine: foreign, international (for Ukrainian citizens created according to an international model) and internal (for Ukrainian citizens used within the country).

Certificates are issued when:

  • Conditions for full and partial vaccination (full course of vaccination – green certificate, partial – yellow);
  • Negative PCR test;
  • The condition that the person has had COVID and this can be confirmed by the results of the test taken.

What restrictions are introduced in the “yellow zone” of adaptive quarantine?

  • In establishments, no more than 4 people can be present at one table;
  • The distance between tables must be at least 1.5 meters;
  • Provided that staff are 80% vaccinated and visitors have at least one vaccination, restrictions may not be observed!

Employees of your establishment are required to ask visitors about the presence of COVID-certificates! And also check their validity. That is, it is necessary to identify the owner of the certificate by checking the documents. And pay attention to the validity date of the certificate.

You can check the certificate through the Dia application. It also indicates whether the visitor is issued a yellow or green certificate. But paper certificates are also in use, issued by a doctor directly after a full course of vaccination.

For visitors who have only one vaccine, there is also a certificate in the Dia application (we mentioned above that it is indicated in yellow). The visitor can also provide certificate 063/o (Preventive Vaccination Card) – which will indicate the one dose of vaccine received.

Follow these simple rules to avoid problems at work and avoid unpleasant situations and fines while the country is in the “Yellow Zone”.

Be healthy!

Sincerely, Skyservice POS.
